Not been updating. AHAH AHAH! Simply too lazy to turn on the deskstop and get hooked for hours. It's either ZOUL (Cheeseballs) is online or i find something extremely interesting to research on! Oh well!

Oh yes! Yesterday was Cousin Zul's birthday at Big Splash! Awesome! Happy Birthday You Lil Boy!

Life has been a roller coaster ride as it has always been. Rehersal after rehersal, performance after performance and FINALLY! I'm done with the greatest events of the year. & coming up this saturday is Changkat's investiture and of course am hoping to see my wonderful group of alumni.

Anyway, Viva la Musica was last saturday and it has never failed to make me smile after every concert.

Greatest appreciations to Jumari for the tickets to SYF Opening Ceremony 2008 PREVIEW. I thought i won't have the chance to go after waiting & waiting for the ticket. I couldn't thank Jumari enough. I think both Feefa & i should go give him a lunch treat. haha!

The whole thing was a blast except when it comes to the choir and dance. Not one of my interests! It started out with fancy drill by the Red Cross to the sounds of ONE IN A MILLION. Wonderful! & the following was more drills from NCC land and Boys Brigade. The worse part was i spent LOTS of battery power taking pics of the pre parade! Right when the contigent came in my camera R.I.P.!!!

But still got a few shots though -.-

There were four bands last night.. Yuhua, Deyi, Bowen &...ok i forgot one more. I think it was Deyi band who marched to the sounds of Phantom of the Opera & Winter..damn good! So jealous! Both feefa & I were screaming like hell!

Overall it's great! We're planning to go for the next one too!

Once again, all the appreciation to Jumari for the tickets.

In this life...

I've not been updating and ''wa-laahhh'' my blog went dead. Surprise surprise. New blog skin.
New hair cut. New life. & i must say I'm happy with who i am now. Well, i don't find myself useless anymore. I've been extremely busy with keeping myself musically 'FIT'. With hopes and dreams of improving my trombone playing and continuing my studies with the violin and not forgetting taking theory & practical exams one after another.

I've decided that music would be my sideline instead of my profession. You may like it but doesn't mean you're good in it. Whatever.

Life has been kind to me and so have i been kind to life. Been to and fro to changkat. Training after training and pushing and pushing juniors to work hard. As hard as I'm working to improve the section. All this for the greatest even of the year. Epiphany III. I'm not really in the position to say that the band isn't ready. SOMEHOW, they are and somehow they're not. One thing for sure i know my section is. This year's Epiphany seems like it isn't going to be DYNAMIC but the main important thing is everybody enjoys. After all, this is a biennial affair.

This year is my first year as an alumni and i truly miss being one of the majors. Where all of us get busy for concert preparation. haha! Oh well!

Welcome 2008 & goodbye to 2007.

Lets just do a short summary for 2007. 2007 has been a very busy year for me & of course my friends. Basically, it's a well spent year. I have nothing much to say but to hope for the best for my upcoming results.

I'm missing Marlene & Radiyah. These are the two people in my life who can take jokes and who have laughed hard with me. These two people have made my school life UN-boring at interesting. It's not about quantity but quality. The quality of these two beings created by God is what make me name then as FRIENDS.

Not being able to take jokes is totally boring. A person without a sense of humor is no human being. A person who thinks a boy is worth sacrificing happy time with friends is known as ' STUPID' and i have a friend like that. I'm not very happy about it. No wonder she doesn't have that many friends. But, learn from your mistakes. I bet she doesn't. & please girl, don't hope for me to talk to you on results day. I won't be happy when i see you. & I regret that i was once your friend. Coz' it wasn't worth it. But a waste of my time.

I really respect that you're keeping it a secret and prefer not to tell anybody. But it so obvious that you are publishing your love notes on the net. If you're telling me that i'm KPO, it's the internet, nobody is KPO. If you prefer to keep it to yourself. Don't ever publish it. Stand up & be smart. & SORRY, you have no right to be angry at me or hate me for that. Coz' dearest friend, internet, is a free country. I really regret it.

AND to my BEST FRIEND EVER! I miss you Lene!

Dinner with my whole family was awesome. I got to eat crab. ok watever. Anyway, after that, we headed down to airport swensens and the queue was humongous. But what the hell, mum and i carried on with the queuing. Infront of us was a man with black and jeans with an empty stroller. After a few minutes standing with the stroller, he left the stroller behind to queue for him. I guess this is just a new way of queuing up. How typical of Singaporeans. From leaving packets of tissue paper on the table to this, asking the baby stroller to queue for you. Why not try using the airport trolley? I wish i had brought my phone along to snap it -.-

Sundae Lunch

Today's lunch was at Eatzi at eastpoint. One reason was we haven't got any idea where to eat therefore, the choice. Lunch was alright. Dad has steak (AS ALWAYS). Adek had lasagna, I had Turkey and mum had chicken or something like that. Sunday is supposed to be a stay home day. So here i am at home. Gonna take a nap soon. Toodles

i finally lifted my damn heavy fingers to blog..this is coz' i'm very bored..Tmr is Hari Raya Haji!! woohoo! no big deal actually. At nenek's place tmr, i'll be having briyani (GOSH HEAVEN) & not sure what i'll be eating at bubu hajrah's place. Don't expect pictures tmr. Totally not in any mood.

Anyway, had lunch at SEOUL GARDEN just now. Actually, we planned to eat at either Straits Kitchen or Carousel but was fully booked for both. So why bother. Went home after that coz' dad was tired. & had dinner at 10 -.-. boy was i hungry. Dinner was simple @ simpang bedok.

Time passes by at a speed limit faster than the fastest vehicle (including rockets). I've been thru' so many things. The easy life and of course the hard life.

Let's touch on 2007 itself. (although it hasn't ended just yet)

This year is the most importants year as i'll be leaving all my childishness and playtime behind. (well i should have left that behind 4 years ago. Oh Well!!) Basically, 2007 is the year where i learnt to appreciate everysingle moment of school. No doubt that my class is a very playful one. I appreciate every single decibel of sound made.

Towards the end of the final semester is when you can see the determination of each individual. Most of them no longer study in big groups and chasing the teachers is a norm. The determination of my fellow schoolmates gives me a good pickup to accelerate and speed up. The addiction of studying starts.

I got extra pressured seeing people studying with full concentration. The temptation to be ahead is there. I also tend to snack in between study breaks. Honestly, i gained a few damn kilos.

Now, i'm left with nothing to do. And i'm looking forward to a brand new school next year. Results will be out next month.

Starting of semester break.
This holiday is supposed to be cool shit.
How ironic.
I'm supposed to force myself to study.

Mid year wasn't a job well done.
I'll bloody make sure my Prelims and actual O level is an excellent.
Won't let anything come in my way.
Not IT, THAT, THIS,HE, SHE, YOU, THEY, THEM..
WHOEVER, WHATEVER, EVERYTHING come in may way.

I will get my good points!
I will study business!
I want it badly.

I want mummy and daddy proud of me.

I don't want to smell failure.
The only way to not even smell it is to STUDY.

That's what's going to happen during my semester break.

Decided to do an online research on my REGULAR monthly menstrual cramps. Somehow, i feel i don't deserve it. Somethings are better off left unknown sometimes. But well here it goes, sounds scary and serious.

Most women have painful menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) from time to time. Menstrual cramps are one of the most common reasons for women to seek medical attention. The pain from menstrual cramps can range from mild to severe and can involve the lower abdomen, back, or thighs. You may also have headaches, nausea, dizziness or fainting, or diarrhea or constipation with your cramps.

During the menstrual cycle, the lining of the uterus produces a hormone called prostaglandin. This hormone causes the uterus to contract, often painfully. Women with severe cramps may produce higher-than-normal amounts of prostaglandin, or they may be more sensitive to its effects.

Cramping is common during the teen years, when a woman first starts having periods. Primary dysmenorrhea is a term used to describe painful menstrual cramping with no recognized physical cause. Secondary dysmenorrhea is a term used to describe painful menstrual cramping caused by a physical problem other than menstruation. Physical problems that can cause this type of cramping include:

A condition in which cells that look and act like the cells of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) are found in other parts of the abdominal cavity (endometriosis) or grow into the muscular tissue of the uterine wall (adenomyosis). Pain usually occurs 1 to 2 days before menstrual bleeding begins and continues through the period.
Growths that are not cancerous (benign growths) in the pelvis, such as ovarian cysts, cervical or uterine polyps, or fibroids.
Pelvic infections. Your risk for developing an infection is higher after menstrual bleeding has begun because the opening to the uterus (cervical canal) widens during menstruation. However, pelvic infections, especially those caused by sexually transmitted diseases, can occur at any time.
Using an intrauterine device (IUD). An IUD may cause increased cramping during your period for the first few months of use. If menstrual cramping persists or gets worse, you may need to consider having the IUD removed and choosing another birth control method.
Problems with pregnancy.
Structural problems that were present at birth (congenital), such as narrowing of the lower part of the uterus that opens into the vagina (cervix).
Menstrual-type cramps may occur after a medical procedure, such as cautery, cryotherapy, conization, radiation, endometrial biopsy, or IUD insertion.

Pelvic cramps that begin before your period starts or that continue after your period stops

Endometriosis
Endometriosis is the growth of endometrial tissue—which normally lines the uterus—in other parts of the body. Endometriosis typically grows in the abdominal cavity and most often attaches to the ovaries, fallopian tubes, outer surface of the uterus, bowels, or other abdominal organs.

Endometriosis growths, called implants or lesions, often bleed during menstruation, causing pain. They may also develop scar tissue (adhesions) that can interfere with an organ's normal function. Scar tissue can also cause pain and difficulty becoming pregnant (infertility).
Endometriosis can be treated with medicines or with surgery to remove implants and scar tissue.

Ovarian Cyst
An ovarian cyst is a fluid-filled sac (follicle) that contains a maturing egg; it forms on the ovary's surface, then disappears not long after it releases the egg. If a mature egg is not released or if the sac reseals after the egg is released, the sac can swell up with fluid, forming a functional ovarian cyst.

Most functional ovarian cysts do not cause symptoms and go away by themselves. Some may rupture, twist, or bleed, which can cause severe pelvic pain

This is what happens to me every single month. The 3rd and 4th week of every month is a SUFFERING period. Mood swings, cramps and all. After reading the above info, it actually scares me. Hopefully it's nothing in the true fact. -.-
